In the late 1990's, Debbie Palmer (Managing Director, PPM Group) was the industry pioneer of the complete property management solution on a national scale when she realised an opportunity or need for systems and training. This inspired the development of a system (known today as the PPMsystem®) that can be implemented into all agencies, small or large, established or a new start-up.

In 2000, Debbie founded the PPM Group, a company that encourages and supports business development opportunities through systems, consultancy and training.

Following the launch of the company, the PPM Group has grown to encompass a wide range of products and services that can have a direct impact on the profitability and productivity of all agencies internal operations.

From the humble beginnings, Debbie and her team have grown the business to become a national company with partners around the State.
