Members Awards

Welcome to our Property Management Excellence Awards program that has been established to reward outstanding achievements.

This awards program is exclusive to agencies who are current members of the PPM Group and have implemented the PPMsystem.

The member awards are designed to encourage, support and acknowledge team members and agencies that have focused on and achieved increasing the bottom-line performance of the agency.

There are four award quarters each year:

  • January to March
  • April to June
  • July to September
  • October to December

To be eligible for the PPM Group's excellence award program you must submit your monthly award information to our exclusive members' area 'Awards Management System'.

The awards recognise outstanding achievement in the following areas:

  • Lowest vacancy rate
  • Lowest arrears rate
  • Highest dollar value for rent increases
  • Highest net income on new managements
  • Highest number of new managements
  • PPM support award nominated by a representative of your agency

Our Property Management Excellence Awards program also incorporate our Annual National Awards category 'PPM Group Property Management Excellence Award Agency of the Year.
