The National Tenancy Database (ntd) is a leading authority on tenancy information in Australia. The role is to provide historical tenancy information on individuals and companies who lease residential and commercial properties. The database, established in 1987, is available to licensed real estate agents by way of membership subscription. ntd is one of the largest and most highly endorsed tenancy database in Australia. ntd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Veda Advantage who also provide a range of risk management services for access by your property manager. Ntd offers a variety of services for your tenancy queries:


· Ntd Tenant Check - provides details of tenancy history held on the database.

· Individual Public Record Search - provides details of bankruptcies, court orders or judgements on an individual.

· Ntd Identity Verification - checks details against known data sources.

· Ntd Visa Verification (late 2010) - confirms a valid visa for the period of the lease for international leasors.

· Business or Company Search - provides details on the credit history of a business or company.

· ASIC Search - provides incorporation detail and confirmation of directorship.

· MultiPower - combines ASIC details with company and directors' file checks from the comprehensive Veda Advantage database, and also provides a company risk estimate.
