DELEGATE REGISTRATION TICKETS - TERMS & CONDITIONS
Tickets can be purchased up until the date of the conference pending availability.
1. Delegate Registration Tickets
All delegate registration tickets must be paid in full (cleared funds) to guarantee your conference seat. Once payment has been received, an email confirmation and an invoice will be issued. If payment is not made at the time of the booking, then your registration will be provisional and not guaranteed.
2. Non-Refundable Registration Tickets
All types of early bird registration tickets and non-full payment registration tickets (as per RRP $999) are not refundable, but they are transferable to a substitute person for the current year or can be held over to the following year's conference with substantiating evidence.

For a registration ticket to be held over to the following year's conference the following must be submitted:
4. Non-Refundable Registration Ticket Admin Fee
If a non-refundable ticket is held over (transferred to the next event date) without substantiating evidence there will be a 20% admin fee payable.
5. Postponement
If the conference must be postponed, the PPM Group will liaise with the event hotel organiser and all stakeholders regularly to discuss the prevailing situation as a lead up to the conference date and we will keep all delegates, speakers, sponsors, and third-party stakeholders updated. If the current schedule date cannot take place, then the PPM Group will work towards the next available date. However, if a suitable date is unavailable in th current year, the conference will be scheduled to take place for a date in the following year.
6. Postponement Refunds
If the conference is postponed due to an issue within the PPM Group’s control, then a full refund may be offered at the organiser's discretion. If the conference is postponed due to an issue beyond the PPM Group’s control, such as, but not limited to, poor weather conditions, cancelled transportation to the event, inability of speakers to attend, natural disasters, government mandates, COVID-19 restrictions, or any other reasonable condition, then no refunds will be offered. However, all delegate registration tickets will be held over (transferred to the next event date) with no 20% admin fee payable.
7. Delegate Transfers/Substitutions Admin Fee
All delegate registration tickets are transferable to a substitute person to attend when at least 48 hours’ written notice is given prior to the start of the event without incurring any additional costs. If a delegate registration ticket is unable to be transferred to a substitute person, you will have an additional provision to transfer the delegate registration ticket to the following year event, where a 20% admin fee will apply. Delegate ticket registrations can only be transferred to the following year's event once. All transfer requests and substitutions must be submitted in writing.
8. Waiver of Admin Fees
The PPM Group will not charge a 20% postponement admin fee should a delegate wish to hold over their registration ticket to the following year's conference based on substantiating evidence based on concerns around the health or travel during current prevailing situations. Written evidence must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours prior to the event. In this case, the registration booking will be transferred to the next scheduled event date with all admin fees waivered.
9. No Refunds
If a delegate advises that they are unable to attend the conference within the period of 30 days prior to the event, there will be no refunds applicable or tickets to be held over to the following year under any circumstances.

Views expressed by the PPM Group and speakers at the event are their own. The PPM Group cannot accept liability for advice given, or views expressed, by any speaker at the conference or in any material provided to delegates.
12. Dietary & Access Requirements
Delegates should advise the PPM Group of any special dietary or access requirements at the time of registration or at least seven days prior to the commencement date of the event. Dietary requirement provision will be in accordance with the hotel’s policies.
13. Registration Information
Final registration information will be sent to delegates by email at least 48 hours prior to the event. Any delegate not receiving the registration information should contact us by email at conference@ppmgroup.com.au
14. Photography & Filming
For promotional purposes, there may be a professional photographer and video production taking place during the event. Delegates who do not wish to be filmed or recorded should advise the organisers by email to info@ppmgroup.com.au prior to the event. By registering for any PPM Group event, you authorise the host company to take photos at the event. As a registered delegate you agree and authorise the PPM Group to be the owner of the copyright and photographs and that it may use the photographs for any purpose it considers appropriate, including publicity, education or other activities and may earn income for the PPM Group’s own benefit.
15. Severance
If any term or condition is held to be void, illegal or unenforceable then that term or condition shall be severed, and all other terms and conditions shall be binding.
16. State Governance
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the State of Queensland.
