PPM Conference | Terms & Conditions

DELEGATE REGISTRATION TICKETS - TERMS & CONDITIONS

Tickets can be purchased up until the date of the conference pending availability.

1. Delegate Registration Tickets
All delegate registration tickets must be paid in full (cleared funds) to guarantee your conference seat. Once payment has been received, an Official Welcome email confirmation will be sent. If payment is not made at the time of the booking, then your registration will be provisional and not guaranteed.

2. Non-Refundable Registration Tickets
All types of early bird registration tickets and non-full payment registration tickets (as per RRP $999) are not refundable, but they are transferable to a substitute person for the current year's event.

3. Full Price Tickets
All full price tickets (as per RRP $999) are refundable if 15 business days notice is given in writing prior to the event, if there are prevailing circumstances and substaintiating evidence submitted, or the ticket can be transferable to a substitue peron for the current year's event or can be carried over to the following year's event (with an admin fee applied) at the discretion of the PPM Group. There will be no refunds if notice is given within the 15 business days leading up to the event.

4. Substantiating Evidence
For a registration ticket to be held over to the following year's conference the following must be submitted:

  1. Medical Certificate
  2. Evidence of prevailing circumstances for not being about to travel to the event
  3. Any other requested evidence deemed necessary by the PPM Group

5. Refundable Registration Ticket Admin Fee
If a ticket is refunded or held over to the following year's event as per these terms and conditons there will be a 20% admin fee payable.

6. Postponement 
If the conference must be postponed, the PPM Group will liaise with the event hotel organiser and all stakeholders regularly to discuss the prevailing situation as a lead up to the conference date and we will keep all delegates, speakers, sponsors, and third-party stakeholders updated. If the current schedule date cannot take place, then the PPM Group will work towards the next available date.  However, if a suitable date is unavailable in the current year, the conference will be scheduled for another suitable time.

7. Postponement Refunds
If the conference is postponed due to an issue within the PPM Group’s control, then a full refund may be offered at the organiser's discretion.  If the conference is postponed due to an issue beyond the PPM Group’s control, such as, but not limited to, poor weather conditions, cancelled transportation to the event, inability of speakers to attend, natural disasters, government mandates, COVID-19 restrictions, or any other reasonable condition, then no refunds will be offered.  However, all delegate registration tickets will be held over (transferred to the next event date) with no 20% admin fee payable. 

8. No Refunds
If a delegate advises that they are unable to attend the conference within the 15 buisness day period leading up to the event, there will be no refunds applicable and tickets cannot be held over to the following year's event under any circumstances. However, you are able to transfer the ticket to a substitate person.

9. Reserved Rights

  • The PPM Group reserves the right to make alterations to the speakers, program, venue, date, and timings.
  • In the event, for whatever reason, that the conference must be postponed or the dates having to be changed, the organiser shall not be liable for any expenditure or loss of income, such as travel, flights, meals and accommodation or any damage or loss incurred by the delegate.
  • If by re-arrangement or postponement the conference can take place, the registration ticket between the delegate and the organisers shall remain in force and will be subject to the PPM Group’s postponement and cancellation policy.

10. Speaker Views
Views expressed by the PPM Group and speakers at the event are their own. The PPM Group cannot accept liability for advice given, or views expressed, by any speaker at the conference or in any material provided to delegates.

11. Dietary & Access Requirements
Delegates should advise the PPM Group of any special dietary or access requirements at the time of registration or at least seven days prior to the commencement date of the event.  Dietary requirement provision will be in accordance with the hotel’s policies.

12. Registration Information
Final registration information will be sent to delegates by email at least 48 hours prior to the event.  Any delegate not receiving the registration information should contact us by email at conference@ppmgroup.com.au

13. Photography & Filming
For promotional purposes, there may be a professional photographer and video production taking place during the event. Delegates who do not wish to be filmed or recorded should advise the organisers by email to conference@ppmgroup.com.au  prior to the event. By registering for any PPM Group event, you authorise the host company to take photos at the event. As a registered delegate you agree and authorise the PPM Group to be the owner of the copyright and photographs and that it may use the photographs for any purpose it considers appropriate, including publicity, education or other activities and may earn income for the PPM Group’s own benefit. 

14. Severance
If any term or condition is held to be void, illegal or unenforceable then that term or condition shall be severed, and all other terms and conditions shall be binding.

15. State Governance
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the State of Queensland.
